Introduction
The People’s Republic of Bangladesh is a vibrant nation in South Asia, defined by its lush river deltas, rich cultural traditions, and resilient people. Nestled between India and Myanmar with a coastline along the Bay of Bengal, Bangladesh is one of the world’s most densely populated countries, yet it thrives with a dynamic blend of heritage and modernity.
Home to more than 170 million people, Bangladesh is shaped by the mighty rivers Ganges, Brahmaputra, and Meghna, whose fertile plains sustain the country’s vital agriculture. The Bengali language and culture form the heart of national identity, with literature, music, and art deeply rooted in the region’s history. The country is also known for its independence in 1971 after a historic liberation war.
Dhaka, the capital, is the political, cultural, and economic hub, where rapid urbanization meets centuries-old traditions. The economy, driven by agriculture, textiles, remittances, and a growing technology sector, reflects the adaptability of the Bangladeshi people..
Bangladesh faces challenges such as climate vulnerability, natural
disasters, and resource constraints, yet it stands as a
global voice for climate resilience and sustainable development. With its vibrant culture, natural beauty, and determined population,
Bangladesh embodies a story of perseverance, growth, and hope.

Target
The team will aim for 70 000+ QSOs in CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8 modes.
Over 2000 of these are intended to be in RTTY.
Focus is being laid upon the latest Clublog Most Wanted Ranking. Various parts of the world will profit from the operation.
Another priority will be laid upon lowbands operation. The team hopes to profit from the rural QTH and thus the expected lower noise level.
A M/x entry within ARRL CW 2026 contest is planned.
QSO’s will be uploaded to Clublog and LOTW as often as possible, Clublog livestream and daily free of charge LOTW uploads can be expected if the internet connection is stable enough to do so.

FT8 Guide
The S21(xx) DXPedition will start using MSHV software with multiple streams according to their announced bandplan. Here are a few simple guidelines:
- You can just use your normal FT8 software and settings.
- There is no need for you to install or use MSHV software on your side.
- We will transmit in the first period 00 – 15 sec / 30 – 45 sec.
- You should transmit in the second period 15-30sec / 45-60sec.
- We will transmit audio near the low end of the spectrum (300-600 Hz).
- You should not call us (or come back) on our own audio transmission frequency! At best always stay above 1000 Hz.
- The contact is in the log when we send RR73 or 73.
- PLEASE only call us when you can really decode our callsign and transmitted messages!
